Customs & Import Duties

Orders outside the EU may incur import duties, VAT and brokerage fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

Returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unworn, in original condition/packaging, and not custom-made or personalized.

• Return shipping costs and risk are for the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• International returns must be insured with tracking/signature.

Custom/personalized pieces are non-returnable under EU law.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all online purchases from AnnTen Goldsmith & Fine Jewelry.

3. Products

Handcrafted items may show slight variations; photos/descriptions aim to be accurate.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices in euros incl. VAT unless stated. Payments via Shopify Payments (credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Orders ship after successful payment.

5. Custom Orders

Once production starts, custom/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

6. Delivery

All orders ship insured with signature. AnnTen is not responsible for carrier/customs delays. Risk passes to customer when handed to the carrier.

7. Returns

As per Return Policy; items must be unworn and in original packaging. Custom/personalized pieces excluded.

8. Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty soldering or a gemstone loosening due to production error). Excludes normal wear, scratches, loss of rhodium plating, impact/misuse, chemical discoloration, or third-party alterations. After 12 months we offer repairs/resizing/cleaning at a fair cost. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and text are AnnTen’s IP; no use without permission.

10. Liability

No liability for indirect/consequential loss or force majeure. Liability capped at the order value.

11. Privacy

We process personal data per GDPR and only what’s necessary to fulfill your order (name, address, email, payment details). Data is never sold and only shared with processors such as carriers and payment providers where required.
