At AnnTen Studio, every order is prepared with care and securely shipped from our studio in Amersfoort, The Netherlands.
We offer worldwide insured shipping to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
Custom-made or bespoke items may require additional production time — this will be communicated upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

3. Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
You can choose to collect your order free of charge at our studio:

Pickup orders are typically ready within 24–48 hours.
You will receive an email when your order is available for collection.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
AnnTen Studio cannot predict or control these costs, and they are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
5. Insurance & Liability
All shipments are fully insured until they reach you.
Once the order has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours at info@annten.nl with clear photos of the item and packaging.
6. Incorrect Addresses or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
AnnTen Studio is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
If an order is returned to us, we can resend it at the buyer’s expense.
7. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can follow the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
