AnnTen ships worldwide from our studio in Amersfoort, The Netherlands. All parcels are sent insured and with signature on delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders outside the EU may incur import duties, VAT and brokerage fees. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

Returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unworn, in original condition/packaging, and not custom-made or personalized.

• Return shipping costs and risk are for the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• International returns must be insured with tracking/signature.

Custom/personalized pieces are non-returnable under EU law.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and services provided by AnnTen Goldsmith & Fine Jewelry.

3. Products

Handcrafted items may show slight variations; photos and descriptions aim to be accurate. Minor differences in color, finish or structure may occur due to the nature of handmade jewelry.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices in euros incl. VAT unless stated. Payments via Shopify Payments (credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Custom Orders

Once production starts, custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Estimated production time for custom and wedding rings is 4 - 6 weeks. These timeframes are indicative and not binding.

6. Delivery

All orders ship insured with signature. Risk passes to the customer when handed to the carrier.

7. Returns

Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are excluded.

8. Repairs & Services

Repair services are carried out with the utmost care and craftsmanship. However, due to the nature of pre-owned or delicate jewelry, AnnTen cannot guarantee that all risks can be fully eliminated.

By submitting jewelry for repair, the customer acknowledges that:

• Existing weaknesses, wear or structural issues may affect the outcome.
• Damage or loss can occur despite careful handling.

AnnTen maintains a business liability and inventory insurance. Nevertheless, liability for damage, loss or unforeseen outcomes during repair is limited to what is reasonable within the scope of the service and shall not exceed the value of the service provided.

Estimated repair time is 1 - 3 weeks. These timeframes are indicative and not binding.

9. Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Normal wear, scratches, plating wear, impact, misuse or third-party alterations are excluded.
