Return & Refund Policy

At AnnTen Studio, each piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because our jewelry is handmade and often customized, we want to ensure that every client is completely satisfied with their purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

The jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The item is not custom-made, engraved, resized, or otherwise personalized.
A valid proof of purchase is included.

Please contact us at info@annten.nl before sending any return to receive authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

4. Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom jewelry, engraved pieces, or any design made to order are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution (repair, replacement, or refund).
