This website is operated by AnnTen Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to AnnTen Studio.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the additional policies included below.

2. Products & Craftsmanship

All jewelry items are handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail.
Slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur due to the artisanal nature of our work. These are not considered defects but rather part of the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or material without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices on our website are listed in Euro (€) and include Dutch VAT (21%), unless stated otherwise.
For international orders outside the EU, local customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure checkout system.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, iDEAL, PayPal, and major credit cards.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

AnnTen Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock errors.

5. Shipping

We offer worldwide insured shipping from our studio in Amersfoort, The Netherlands.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

All parcels are shipped with signature on delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The piece is not custom-made, engraved, or otherwise personalized.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
Custom and bespoke items are non-returnable.

7. Warranty

All AnnTen Studio jewelry includes a 12-month craftsmanship warranty from the purchase date.
This warranty covers production defects only (e.g., soldering faults or stone settings).
It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, plating loss, misuse, or third-party modifications.

Repairs after the warranty period can be arranged at a fair cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text, logos, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of AnnTen Studio.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AnnTen Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product in question.

10. Privacy Policy

We value your trust and take your privacy seriously. This section explains how we handle your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only the data necessary to operate our business and fulfill your orders, including:

  • Order and payment details (securely processed through Shopify).

Order and invoice data are stored for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law.
Marketing data is stored until you unsubscribe.
Other personal data is deleted once it’s no longer needed.
